Vaginal pimples, what are they
and how would I treat them. Your GP is the
person you should speak to, to clarify if you
are suffering from a vaginal disease and the
appropriate treatments to heal.
Although vaginal
pimples are not as common like some female
vaginal infections that we all know too well,
they are real and do happen. It can be an
embarrassing issue for some women with vaginal
pimples to come forward and speak of their
problem. But it is important that you do, so
that other diseases can be eliminated for a
proper diagnosis to be made. Vaginal pimples
are treatable resulting in a
cure.
Vaginal
acne may be slightly different from the kind of
pimples you get on your face; nonetheless acne
is acne regardless of what part of the body it
appears.
Vaginal pimples can be caused
by several factors:
Bacteria in the
pores that cause infection
Hyperactive
sebaceous glands
Hormonal
swings
Tight clothing
round the genitals
Washing powder and
detergents ingredients
Vaginal pimples are more
commonly known during adolescence and
young adulthood. Once a definite
prognosis is made and genital warts and
herpes ruled out treatment will consist
of keeping the area clean. Bacterium is
the main cause of many vaginal infections
and because the vagina is a moist warm
location, makes it a most ideal setting
for bacteria.
Surrounding
vaginal skin is tender so it is best not to use
unfamiliar topical acne treatments as they can
irritate the skin and cause pain. When
cleansing the pimples use a mild soap. Oral
medication may be advised by your GP - such as
tetracycline, erythromycin or tretinoin.
Sometimes birth control pills are prescribed to
regulate out of balance hormones. Birth control
pills have many benefits; however still not a
green light for you to go ahead and pop a few
of them.
To help
cure or prevent vaginal pimples is to make sure
that clothing round the genitals is slack and
not tight. Consider washing your clothes with a
different detergent other than the one you
would normally use. Harsh ingredients
can cause severe skin issues. Acupuncture is
now popular as an effective form of treatment
for curing vaginal pimples.

Vaginal Infection
!Reaching This
Stage
Do
not be tempted to squeeze vaginal pimples, even
though you are sure they are what they are.
Squeezing prodding and scratching can result in
infections happening. Do not confuse your
vaginal acne with boils. Boils are very much
like pimples but are usually larger to look at
and more painful to the touch.
What are genital
warts? Genital warts are fleshy colored type
growths that are raised or flat on, in and
around the genitals. They normally grow in
mounds clustering in resemblance to that of a
cauliflower, or they can appear singularly.
Female genital warts usually show inside and
outside of the vagina and inner thighs. The
anal region can also be infected where the
warts grow in and outside too. Male, genital
warts display on the penis, scrotum, testicles,
anus, groin and thighs. Never touch the warts
unless cleansing or other prompted by your
doctor. Make sure to wash your hands at all
times after making contact with the
warts.
The cause of
genital warts is said to be the human
papillomavirus. Genital warts the hide and seek
of all diseases, meaning they either never
appear or can show up years after contracting
the virus.
Herpes symptoms
are not always easy to identify therefore much
confusion along the way. Also because they vary
on each individual - genital warts may not seem
as expected. In fact, some people show no
symptoms at all. Herpes is caused by the
Simplex 1 and Simplex 2 virus, which more often
than not are liable for the oral and genital
versions, respectively. Symptoms of genital
herpes are lesions appearing in and around the
genital area of the infected person. Warts
normally show round the penis and testicles in
the male, on the outer and inner vaginal parts
of the female, and in the anal area and inside
the urethra of both genders. Particularly in
the vagina, genital herpes lesions can be
impossible to see – but with the help of modern
science they can.
Vaginal pimples
are really quite harmless and should pose no
real threat to your health, however your doctor
will need to check them out for fear your
condition is that of another of a more serious
nature, which could pose threat to your health.
Remember to keep a strict hygiene pact with the
vagina at all times. Also bear in mind that
bacterium loves moist warm locations – so treat
the vagina accordingly to help avoid the vagina
becoming like a magnet for bacteria.
