Looking for a Fat loss diet plan, well who isn`t. In today`s society there is a major
problem with overweight issues and obesity. The primary reason for people looking to lose weight is for health reasons and

Fat Loss 4 Idiots!
Hi Patty is my name and I would like to say that I was once fat but not anymore thanks to
the weight loss 4 idiots lose weight program. Not only at the time of dieting did I see the weight drop off it was learning how
to keep my body healthy and in shape at the same time.
As a keep fit enthusiast I know there is no easy way for losing weight. I believed I knew it all when it came down to fitness but
I was proven wrong. What drew me closer to Fat Loss 4 Idiots was seeing you could lose 9 pounds in 11 days.
I was excited to say the least but my spirits dampened quickly with the “yeah right”
attitude. I was desperate to lose weight and my weight problem was causing me so much misery. I had to find a diet that worked
and one that wouldn`t affect my health. What attracted me to this particular weight loss program was the Fat Loss for Idiots Meal
Plan. Fat Loss for Idiots food is made up of lean proteins, fruit and vegetables, and the sources of fat come from whole foods
(such as cottage cheese or eggs.) There are some starchy carbohydrates (such as oats and pasta.)
The day is divided into “4” (not three) meals that should be eaten at a maximum of 2 1/2
hours apart. There is “no” calorie or carb counting, “no limit on portion size.” Fat Loss 4 Idiots says you “just eat short of
being full,” and I love being full.
No calorie counting, 4 meals a day and no limit on portions size were just too good to be true, but I would be a fool if I didn’t
check it out further, so that is exactly what I did and never looked back. Even after the 11 day meal plan there is a 3 day
“cheat” - where you get to eat whatever you want. This is all it took for to get started.
The best thing I ever did in life was to follow the Fat Loss 4 Idiots weight loss plan because I now have a life.
